She was stopped and so was I...

Sometimes even the most familiar streets of my neighbourhood will look strange to me... but I must say I do enjoy this refreshed "sense of wonder".:-)

I do not regard myself as a photographer. I'm an ordinary man but extraordinarily obsessed with capturing all the memorable scenes that I encounter in my everyday life. It's like an excited traveller craving to record his memorable journey in a memorable way, but in my case, it's the journey of my life ... If I can record my encounters in such a way that they leave an image on the mind of myself and other viewers, it's a tremendous joy and some accomplishment...
In terms of photography, I'm trying to preserve the moments as my eyes see "something" and my heart feels it too. As such, I seldom feel interested in planned, arranged or manipulated photographs...

Wonderful shot! I love the little girl, hands behind her back, looking over. She's adorable and I love her little grown up posture. I love the light in your image. It's a perfect composition.

The blurred red car is the only movement in the image, love the quiet feeling of the calm girl stopping & meditating by the Avatar poster. The eye here is invited to slowly but surely go UP. The stairs in the foreground to begin with, the stairs in front of the little cutie, and at last the arrows on the sign in the background. As if saying in mid-voice to the lil'girl : grow up, slowly and surely (while the poster whispers "Return in the world in blu-ray")... Love the whole story & of course, your (always) divine night light. Have a very sweet w-e, Hugodear*
