2ifc and a stormy dayPosted by hugo poon (hong kong, Hong Kong) on 25 June 2012 in Cityscape & Urban and Portfolio. And in a serene evening, I caught it "catching the plane".:-) 2ifc, Central, Hong Kong
I do not regard myself as a photographer. I'm an ordinary man but extraordinarily obsessed with capturing all the memorable scenes that I encounter in my everyday life. It's like an excited traveller craving to record his memorable journey in a memorable way, but in my case, it's the journey of my life ... If I can record my encounters in such a way that they leave an image on the mind of myself and other viewers, it's a tremendous joy and some accomplishment...

@mo.langel: Not a night shot Mo... I know it's hard to imagine but it's actually 11:00 am in the morning and I haven't tried to darken it, not a tad!!! @k@: A big WOW... that's exactly how I felt when this sudden darkness caught me by surprise! Really scary my dear - seemed like the sky was falling and the world coming to an end! Yet equally surprising was that this didn't last long. It's only a matter of minutes that rain started pouring and it turned bright again... @Doug Hickok: Thank you Doug! I'm lucky to be in the right place at the right time and with the right tool (not bad for an ISO2500 shot)!:-) @Dexter Chee: How nice to hear from you! How about a soft charming mood to view this skyscraper?:-) "when the sun set" |
